分析甜竹硫酸盐氧脱木素浆D1ED2、CuD1ED2、D1EPD2、D1EOD2、DQP5个漂白流程的试验结果。含有两段二氧化氯漂白的终漂浆性能理想,第三漂白段过氧化氢取代二氧化氯后,漂白效果较差,白度和黏度都较低,但漂白废水BOD5负荷下降明显。碱处理段添加过氧化氢或通氧能改善漂白效果,降低漂白废水BOD5负荷,而GIF仿酶预处理(Cu)的效果则更显著。
The results of five bleaching processes of D1DD2, CuD1ED2, D1EPD2, D1EOD2 and DQP in sweet bamboo sulfated oxygen delignification pulp were analyzed. Bleaching with two chlorine dioxide bleaching the end of the ideal performance of the bleaching stage, the second bleaching hydrogen peroxide instead of chlorine dioxide bleaching effect is poor, whiteness and viscosity are low, but the bleaching wastewater BOD5 load decreased significantly. Adding H2O2 or oxygen to the alkali treatment stage can improve the bleaching effect, reduce the BOD5 load of bleaching wastewater, and the effect of GIF-like enzyme pretreatment (Cu) is more significant.
