目前在免疫学研究中抗体的F(ab’)_2已为不可缺少的试剂,然国内市场既无抗体F(ab’)_2出售亦无制备F(ab’)_2所需的结晶胃蛋白酶供应。我们在瘤组织内淋巴细胞亚群分布的研究中须用人IgG的F(ab’)_2作抗原制备抗多价人免疫球蛋白(Ig)抗血清,为此乃以药用胃蛋白酶为材料制备了三次结晶的胃蛋白酶,用以水解人IgG,制备出IgG的F(ab’)_2片段兹将我们的方法介绍于下。
