目的探讨枸杞多糖(LBP)对染镉大鼠肝抗氧化酶损伤的拮抗作用。方法实验动物为健康雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为5组,为对照组,单纯染镉组,干预1组,干预2组和干预3组,对照组灌胃0.9%NaCl,2h后腹腔注射0.9%NaCl,单纯染镉组灌胃0.9%NaCl,2h后腹腔注射氯化镉1.5mg/kg,干预1、2、3组LBP灌胃剂量分别为5、10和20mg/kg,2h后各组腹腔注射氯化镉1.5mg/kg。连续5d,第6天取肝脏测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力。结果与对照组相比,镉染毒组的SOD、NOS、GSH-Px活力下降;干预1、2、3组肝脏SOD分别是镉染毒组的101.8%、113.2%、114.6%,NOS分别是镉染毒组的94.4%、157.1%、131.0%,GSH-Px分别是镉染毒组的111.6%、160.3%、158.8%。结论 LBP对镉染毒致大鼠肝抗氧化酶系损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the antagonistic effect of LBP on hepatic antioxidant enzymes in cadmium-exposed rats. Methods The experimental animals were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group, cadmium group alone, intervention group 1, intervention group 2 and intervention group 3. The control group was orally administered 0.9% NaCl, 0.9% NaCl 0.9% % NaCl, 0.9% NaCl was injected into the pure cadmium group, intraperitoneal injection of 1.5 mg / kg cadmium chloride was given after 2 h, and the LBP doses in the intervention group 1, 2 and 3 were 5, 10 and 20 mg / kg, Intraperitoneal injection of cadmium chloride 1.5mg / kg. Results Compared with the control group, the activity of SOD, NOS and GSH-Px in cadmium-exposed group decreased. The SOD in cadmium-exposed group was 101.8%, 113.2% and 114.6%, respectively Cadmium poisoning group 94.4%, 157.1%, 131.0%, GSH-Px were cadmium poisoning group 111.6%, 160.3%, 158.8%. Conclusion LBP can protect the liver against oxidative stress injury induced by cadmium in rats.
