无实测资料流域水文计算是一个较普遍问题，尤其是在中小流域上，这一问题更为突出。目前解决该问题最常用的方法就是使用推理公式。本文从推理公式的基本假定和基本方程出发，找出北京市推理公式使用中的不足，参考其它省市推理公式的应用，结合现有实测资料，提出了对北京市推理公式的改进意见。并将其应用于南水北调工程实践中，效果较好。
No measured data hydrological hydrological calculation is a more common problem, especially in small watershed, the problem is more prominent. The most common way to solve this problem is to use reasoning formulas. Based on the basic assumptions and basic equations of the reasoning formula, this paper finds out the shortcomings of using the inferential formula in Beijing, references the application of other inferential formulas in other provinces and cities, and proposes some suggestions for improving the reasoning formula in Beijing with the existing measured data. And apply it to the practice of South-to-North Water Diversion Project with good effect.
