本文利用内磨擦系数μ与切削速度v的试验曲线,建立μ—v试验曲线方程式;并导出新的公式。该公式能模拟积屑瘤与切削速度间的关系。进而,提出最佳切削用量的选择方法。
In this paper, the test curve of internal friction coefficient μ and cutting speed v is used to establish the μ-v test curve equation and a new formula is derived. The formula simulates the relationship between build up and cutting speed. Furthermore, a method of selecting the optimum cutting amount is proposed.
