本文报道氢化可的松醋酸酯软膏及乳膏的高效液相层析测定法。经处理的样品用硅胶柱测定较英国药典三苯基四唑化氯法方便。两种方法对软膏的准确度相同,但本法省时,专一性好;用于乳膏的测定,则两种方法之间的偏差尚需进一步研究。另亦报道用反向高效液相层析的测定法作定量测定时重现性并不好。样品的处理油膏:准确秤取0.5g加10ml氯仿移置25ml量并中,用氯仿稀释至刻度。取20μl进样。乳膏:准确秤取0.5g至25ml锥形并中,放入盛有硅胶的真空干燥器中,抽真空后,将干燥器加热至60°,2~4小
This article reports the determination of hydrocortisone acetate ointment and cream by high performance liquid chromatography. Treated samples were tested on a silica gel column for ease of handling than the British Pharmacopoeia triphenyl tetrazolium chloride method. The accuracy of the two methods on the same ointment, but this method save time, specificity is good; for the determination of cream, the deviation between the two methods still needs further study. In addition, it is also reported that reproducibility is not good when quantitatively determined by reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. Sample processing ointment: Accurately weigh 0.5g plus 10ml chloroform and 25ml amount of displacement, diluted with chloroform to the mark. Take 20μl injection.
