盆腔器官脱垂(POP)是中老年女性常见病,严重影响女性健康和生活质量。目前临床广泛采用的聚丙烯网片修复盆底解剖和支持功能的手术治疗方式疗效显著,但随之而来的侵蚀、暴露、感染等并发症,使得寻找理想的盆底功能修复重塑方法成为了迫切的需求。再生医学和组织工程技术在多领域组织器官构建中的临床研究和应用发展迅猛,其在女性盆底修复重建中也具有良好的应用前景。文章围绕干细胞来源、支架材料和营养因子3个方面就目前已经开展的相关研究进展作以综述。

The article reviews the current research progress on stem cell origin, scaffolds and nutritional factors.
