为了对石河子绿洲区春播紫花苜蓿建植当年幼苗期田间的杂草进行化学除莠,试验采用植物频度样方法和伤害等级评定法,分析田间主要杂草及混合药物对主要杂草的药效。结果表明:与施用精吡氟禾草灵70 g/667 m2+氟磺胺草醚100 g/667 m2混合药物相比,施用精吡氟禾草灵70 g/667 m2+氟磺胺草醚200 g/667 m2混合药物对田间主要杂草藜(Cheno podium album L.)、苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti L.)、反枝苋(Amaranthus retrto flexus L.)、刺儿菜(Cephalanoplos segetum L.)、狗尾草(Setaria viridis L.)的除莠效果不显著(P>0.05),灭杀效果排序为刺儿菜>狗尾草、反枝苋>苘麻>藜,施用此混合药物对苜蓿有微毒害作用,但均在15 d后趋于正常,并且不影响苜蓿的后期生长。说明在石河子绿洲区春播苜蓿建植当年幼苗期施用精吡氟禾草灵70 g/667 m2+氟磺胺草醚100 g/667 m2混合药物就可达到最经济的除莠效果,并且对紫花苜蓿后期生长影响不大。
