作为我国现代远程高等教育主力军的电大系统不仅决定了我国整个远程高等教育体系的宏观性质,而且其独特的网络组织结构还影响了所有其他网络学院的组织策略。因此,深入解析电大系统的组织特征,分析电大系统的组织结构,是研究我国现代远程高等教育的切入点,是把握我国现代远程高等教育体系结构、规模和性质的基础。
The TVU system, as the main force of modern long-distance higher education in our country, not only determines the macroeconomic nature of the entire remote higher education system in our country, but also its unique network organization structure influences the organizational strategies of all other network colleges. Therefore, in-depth analysis of the organizational characteristics of the TVU system and analysis of the organizational structure of the TVU system are the starting points for the study of modern distance higher education in our country and the basis for grasping the structure, scale and nature of our modern distance higher education system.
