在分析工程中使用的两类不同函数的基础上，根据Ｍｉｎｅｒ定理直接建立了在随机应力下机械零构件疲劳可靠性设计的公式。
Based on the two kinds of different functions used in the project, the formula of fatigue reliability design of mechanical components under random stresses is directly established based on Miner’s theorem.
