目的:探讨舒适护理就老年血液透析患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法:择取于2014年1月~2015年5月间就宁波市鄞州第二医院接受血液透析的60例老年患者作为对象。将其均分为两组,研究组30例患者全程开展临床舒适护理,对照组30例患者则开展常规护理。就两组患者护理后临床舒适度、满意度与并发症发生情况统计结果评价其护理效果。结果:经护理后,研究组患者就舒适度、患者满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而并发症发生率则明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且各项比较结果具有显著统计学差异。结论:针对老年血液透析患者的护理中开展舒适护理可以明显患者治疗中的舒适性,增加其对治疗的信心,减少并发症的发生。
Objective: To explore the value of comfortable nursing in clinical hemodialysis patients. Methods: A total of 60 elderly patients undergoing hemodialysis at Ningbo Yinzhou No.2 Hospital from January 2014 to May 2015 were enrolled. All patients were divided into two groups. 30 patients in the study group carried out clinical comfort nursing and 30 patients in the control group received routine nursing care. The two groups of patients after nursing clinical comfort, satisfaction and complications of statistical evaluation of the results of their nursing. Results: After nursing, the patients in the study group were significantly higher in comfort and patient satisfaction than those in the control group (P <0.05), while the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05) Significant statistical difference. Conclusion: The nursing care for elderly patients with hemodialysis in the comfort and care can be obvious in the treatment of patients with comfort, increase their confidence in the treatment and reduce the incidence of complications.
