市场的竞争,归根到底是人才的竞争。企业的竞争,关键是企业家的竞争。企业家的市场化,有利于建立新的科学的用人和分配制度,促进人才资源的最优配置,实现人才资源配置效益的最大化,是真正建立社会主义市场经济体制、推动经济祔稳定发展的必然结果。然而在目前,我国企业家市场化要真正实现仍面临许多问题。本文在对这些问题进行分析的同时,提出了企业家市场化应坚持的四个基本原则,并就目前管理企业家的思路和方法提出了对策性建议。

While analyzing these issues, this paper puts forward four basic principles that entrepreneurs should adhere to in their marketization, and puts forward some countermeasures to the current management methods and ideas of entrepreneurs.
