最近,国家统计局为保障国家统计调查工作顺利进行,规范《国家统计调查证》的发放和管理工作,制定了《国家统计调查证管理办法》。该办法将于今年7月1日起施行。《办法》规定,《国家统计调查证》是全国统计系统的调查人员在执行国家统计调查任务时证明其身份的专用证件。调查人员在进行调查活动时,应当主动向有关统计调查对象出示《国家统计调查证》。县级以上各级人民政府统计机构的工作人员,可持工作证件执行统计调查任务。《国家统计
Recently, the National Bureau of Statistics has formulated the Measures for the Administration of State Statistical Investigation Certificates in order to ensure the smooth conduct of national statistical surveys and standardize the disbursement and management of State Statistical Investigation Cards. The measure will be implemented on July 1 this year. The Measures stipulate that “national statistical survey cards” are special documents that prove the identity of investigators of the national statistical system in the performance of their tasks of national statistical surveys. When carrying out investigation activities, investigators should proactively present “State Statistical Investigation Certificates” to the relevant statistical objects. The staff of the statistical agencies of people’s governments at or above the county level may hold the task of carrying out statistical surveys on their work papers. National Statistics
