目的探讨有机磷农药中毒机械通气患者气道湿化的最佳时机。方法将56例患者随机分成两组,观察组:每次静脉注射阿托品后,立即向气道滴入湿化液1~2ml,然后每隔1~2h向气道滴入湿化液1~2ml;对照组:每隔1~2h向气道滴入湿化液1~2ml。结果观察组:气道湿化总有效率92.86%;对照组:气道湿化总有效率39.29%。两组经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论每次静脉注射阿托品后,立即向气道滴入湿化液1~2ml,然后每隔1~2h向气道滴入湿化液1~2ml的方法 ,能使痰液充分湿化,痰液容易吸出,是有机磷农药中毒机械通气患者气道湿化最佳的时机。
Objective To explore the optimal timing of airway humidification in patients with organophosphate poisoning due to mechanical ventilation. Methods 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group: After each intravenous injection of atropine, 1 to 2 ml of humidified solution was dripped into the airway immediately, then 1 to 2 ml of humidified solution was dripped into the airway every 1 to 2 hours ; Control group: every 1 ~ 2h to the airway wetting solution 1 ~ 2ml. Results The observation group: airway humidification total effective rate 92.86%; control group: airway humidification total effective rate 39.29%. Two groups by χ2 test, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Intravenous injection of atropine, immediately to the airway wetting solution 1 ~ 2ml, and then every 1 ~ 2h to the airway wetting solution 1 ~ 2ml, make the sputum fully wet, sputum Fluid is easy to aspirate, which is the best timing for airway humidification in organophosphate pesticide poisoning patients.
