我厂专门生产水泥机械成套设备及配件。自71年以来,球磨机数量大大增加,球磨机进、出料端中空轴的数量也跟着增大。以往用砂型铸造,不但消耗大量型砂和造型工时,而且砂型铸造废品率高,也保证不了加工质量。在厂党委的领导和大力支持下,铸钢车间金属型三结合试验小组发扬了敢想敢干的革命精神,奋战了几个月,通过试验,终于用金属型成功地铸出了球磨机中空轴。
