自然γ能谱测井是测井中一个重要方法。一些石油井和刻度井需要较精确的铀、钍和钾含量数据,一般是从井中取出岩样,在地面用NaI谱仪进行分析测量可获得。但由于岩样内自然γ较弱和谱线复杂,在解谱过程中引入了较大的误差。为了提高精度,我们设计了一个高分辨、低本底高纯锗岩样自然γ能谱获取分析系统。并建立了岩样自然γ能谱分析方法,以求出岩样中铀,钍和钾含量。
Natural γ-ray logging is an important method in logging. Some well and scale wells require more accurate data on uranium, thorium and potassium levels, and rock samples are generally removed from the well and analyzed on the ground using a NaI spectrometer. However, due to the weak natural γ and complicated spectral lines in the rock samples, large errors are introduced in the solution spectrum. In order to improve the accuracy, we designed a high-resolution, low-background high-purity germanium sample natural gamma energy spectrum acquisition and analysis system. And established a natural gamma spectrometry analysis of rock samples to determine the content of uranium, thorium and potassium in rock samples.
