财务管理部门属于核心管理部门之一,不仅仅核算单位财务状况,更是单位内部控制工作中不可或缺的一环。公路养护事业单位虽然是事业编制,但是随着经济的飞速发展,公路养护事业单位在养护项目上也产生了非常激烈的市场化竞争。要想在这样的局势下继续发展壮大,加强其内部的财务管理就成为了首要问题。笔者就公路养护事业单位的具体财务管理现状进行分析,并就存在的问题提出个人意见。
The financial management department belongs to one of the core management departments. It not only accounts for the financial position of the unit, but it is also an indispensable part of the internal control work of the unit. Although the road maintenance institutions are the cause of preparation, but with the rapid economic development, road maintenance units in the conservation project also had a very intense market-oriented competition. In order to continue to grow and develop in such a situation, strengthening the internal financial management has become the most important issue. The author analyzes the concrete financial management status of highway maintenance institutions and puts forward personal opinions on the existing problems.
