前不久,国家药品监督管理局发出紧急通知,在全国范围内暂停使用和销售含PPA的药品。那么,PPA到底是什么呢? PPA中文名称叫做苯丙醇胺。它是一种广泛应用于感冒、咳嗽类药品的制剂。其作用是通过收缩血管而减轻感冒时因鼻黏膜血管扩张而引起的鼻塞、流鼻涕等症状。众所周知的康泰克、康得和感冒灵等药品中均含有PPA。但国家药品不良反应监测中心的统计资料表明,患者服用含PPA的药物后易出现严重不良反应,如过敏、心律失常、高血压、急性肾衰、失眠等症
Not long ago, the State Drug Administration issued an urgent circular to suspend the use and sale of pharmaceutical products containing PPA nationwide. So what is PPA in the end?
