从1981—1984年3年内,我院共收治破伤风52例(不包括新生儿破伤风),使用安定控制痉挛,取得了较好的效果,现报告如下。临床资料本组52例,男性40例,女性12例。年龄分组:1月—10岁10例,11—20岁15例,21—30岁6例,31—40岁5例,41—50岁4例,51—60岁8例,60岁以上4例。按Devens 分度轻度6例,中度36例,重度10例,中度患者占69.2%安定的应用:成人,轻度患者口服5—7.5mg/次,每6小时1次;中及重度患者每
