目的研究并分析对接受射频消融治疗的心房颤动患者使用舒适护理的效果。方法收集接受射频消融治疗的心房颤动患者96例,按照随机数字表将其分为对照组(48例)和观察组(48例),对照组接受常规护理,观察组联合舒适护理,将两组并发症发生率进行观察和对比。结果相较于对照组,观察组的并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论在接受射频消融治疗的心房颤动患者的护理过程中,舒适护理能够显著降低术后并发症的发生风险,值得推广应用。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of comfort nursing on patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency catheter ablation. Methods A total of 96 patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation were enrolled in this study. They were divided into control group (48 cases) and observation group (48 cases) according to random number table. The control group received routine nursing and observation group combined with comfortable nursing. The incidence of complications were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower (P <0.05). Conclusions Comfort nursing can significantly reduce the risk of postoperative complications during the nursing of patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency catheter ablation, which is worth popularizing and applying.
