介绍了一种在线测量热轧带钢板形--平直度的仪器。该仪器采用n×m矩阵激光源倾斜照射在热轧带钢表面，由CCD摄像机摄取激光光斑漫反射图像，经数字图像处理提取板形信息，再由计算机在线计算带钢沿宽度方向不同位置的纵向延伸率。该技术方案经在攀钢热轧板厂实际测量结果证实，可以达到工业应用要求。
