[目的]芦笋茎枯病是芦笋的毁灭性病害,通过室内试验筛选出可有效防治该病害的药剂。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定10种杀菌剂对芦笋茎枯病菌的毒力,并获得10个毒力回归方程及抑制有效中浓度(EC50)。[结果]30%苯甲·丙环唑EC、40%氟硅唑EC、10%苯醚甲环唑WG、60%唑醚·代森联WG和80%代森锰锌WP等药剂的EC50值在0.28~4.48 mg/L之间,且毒力回归方程斜率值介于1.0674~2.2612之间,其抑菌作用强,显著高于70%甲基硫菌灵WP、65%代森锌WP、50%硫磺SC和25%嘧菌酯SC的抑菌活性。[结论]30%苯甲·丙环唑EC、40%氟硅唑EC、10%苯醚甲环唑WG、60%唑醚·代森联WG、80%代森锰锌WP等药剂均可有效抑制芦笋茎枯病菌的生长。
[Objective] Asparagus stem blight was a devastating disease of asparagus, and the agent that could effectively prevent and treat the disease was screened through laboratory experiments. [Method] The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the virulence of 10 bactericides against Asparagus officinalis. 10 virulence regression equations and the inhibitory effective concentration (EC50) were obtained. [Result] The results showed that EC50 of 30% benzopirzamide EC, 40% flusilazole EC, 10% difenoconazole WG, 60% oxazolone WG and 80% mancozeb WP The values ranged from 0.28 to 4.48 mg / L, and the slope of the virulence regression equation was between 1.0674 and 2.2612. The bacteriostatic effect was stronger than that of 70% thiophanate-methyl and 65% , 50% sulfur SC and 25% azoxystrobin SC. [Conclusion] The agents such as 30% benzopiroxazole EC, 40% flusilazole EC, 10% difenoconazole WG, 60% oxalyl ether dexamethasone WG, 80% mancozeb WP and so on Effective inhibition of Asparagus stem blight growth.
