在企业生产中,控制关键环节,能够大大降低安全风险。内蒙古蒙牛乳业(集团)股份有限公司(以下简称“蒙牛”)提出的MNWCO(卓越运营管理模式)中,安全环保支柱的控制改善体系包括安全检索、行为安全、信息监测、应急管理与事故管理。安全检索五级体系蒙牛集团实行安全五级检索体系(见图1),深入现场一线进行观察,对发现的事故隐患及时进行整改,将人、物、环境、设备、工艺等各方面事故苗头消灭在萌芽状态。
