[目的]定量比较血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)与P53蛋白在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达的差别和关系。[方法]用细胞图象分析技术和免疫组化法分别检测VEGF和P53蛋白在61例上皮性卵巢良恶性肿瘤组织中表达的积分吸光度(IA)和平均吸光度(MA)。[结果]良性、交界性及恶性肿瘤组织中VEGF和P53蛋白表达的IA与MA值依次增大,良性肿瘤、交界性肿瘤和恶性肿瘤分别两两相比,其IA和MA值差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。VEGF表达与P53蛋白表达结果相互间有联系(P﹤0.05)。[结论]VEGF和P53蛋白在上皮性卵巢肿瘤的形成和发展中有重要影响,可以作为卵巢肿瘤生物学行为恶化的一项指标。
[Objective] To quantitatively compare the difference and relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and P53 protein in ovarian epithelial tumor. [Methods] The integral absorbance (IA) and mean absorbance (MA) of VEGF and P53 protein in 61 cases of epithelial ovarian benign and malignant tumor tissues were detected by cell image analysis and immunohistochemistry respectively. [Results] The IA and MA values of VEGF and P53 protein in benign, borderline and malignant tumors increased in sequence, and the differences of IA and MA in benign tumors, borderline tumors and malignant tumors were statistically significant Significance (P <0.01). VEGF expression and P53 protein expression were related to each other (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The VEGF and P53 proteins play an important role in the formation and development of epithelial ovarian tumors and may serve as an indicator of the biological behavior of ovarian tumors.
