本系统采用PLC实现对塔式起重机的监控,通过对传感器采集到的信息进行分析,对塔式起重机的工作状态做出判断;通过显示器以文字及数字方式显示塔式起重机运行中的状态参数,当测量值接近或超过设定值时,可自动预警或报警,同时记录下各时间段的状态参数,起到安全监测的作用。
The system uses PLC to realize the monitoring of the tower crane. By analyzing the information collected by the sensor, the working status of the tower crane is judged. The status parameters of the tower crane in operation are displayed in words and figures, When the measured values close to or exceed the set value, it can automatically alert or alarm, and record the status parameters of each time segment, play a role in safety monitoring.
