PCC-AC复合式路面不仅节省了工程造价、改善了路面使用性能,延长了路面使用寿命,而且符合可持续发展的环保理念。本文在理论计算和试验研究的基础上,对PCC-AC复合式路面的层间剪切情况进行深入研究,经分析得:PCC-AC层间滑动系数和中间层材料厚度对于层间剪应力的影响最明显,PCC层厚度对层间剪应力几乎无影响;在几种中间层材料中,SBS改性沥青同步碎石封层能有效提高PCC-AC的层间抗剪性能和疲劳性能。最后,对PCC-AC施工关键技术进行了论述。
PCC-AC composite pavement not only saves construction cost, improves the performance of pavement, prolongs the service life of the pavement, and conforms to the sustainable development of environmental protection concept. Based on the theoretical calculation and experimental study, the interlaminar shear of PCC-AC composite pavement is studied in depth. The results show that the interlaminar shear stress and interlaminar shear stress The influence of PCC layer thickness is almost unaffected by interlaminar shear stress. Among several kinds of interlayers, the SBS modified asphalt synchronously gravel sealing layer can effectively improve the interlaminar shear resistance and fatigue properties of PCC-AC. Finally, the key technologies of PCC-AC construction are discussed.
