东风_4内燃机车车轴在设计中没有给出总长尺寸,给加工带来了困难。本文应用统计分析和尺寸跟踪法,分析了目前的车轴加工工艺,认为目前的工艺存在着缺陷,并提出了新的加工方案。
Dongfeng _4 diesel locomotive axles in the design did not give the total length, to the processing has brought difficulties. In this paper, the statistical analysis and the size tracking method are used to analyze the current axle machining technology. The defects of the current technology are analyzed and a new machining scheme is proposed.
