2004年9月23日,胡军凭借在《天龙八部》中的出色表演,夺得第三届金鹰电视艺术节最佳男主角奖。其实早在2002年,胡军就因主演《蓝宇》获得了香港第七届金紫荆奖最佳男主角奖,并接连在《画魂》《无间道Ⅱ》中饰演主要角色。一身阳刚之气的胡军以粗犷的“英雄”形象深入人心,在现实生活中,他又有感情细腻的一面,是个不折不扣的居家好男人,他和妻子卢芳美满的婚姻在情变频仍的娱乐圈更是被传为佳话。
