随着地方社会保险制度的发展与完善,军队未就业随军家属的社会养老保险制度与地方的社会养老保险制度差距逐渐拉大,给未就业随军配偶的社会保险转移到地方并享受退休待遇等带来了诸多问题。因此,应进一步完善军队未就业随军配偶的养老保险制度:即严格遵守政策规定,实现“三个满意”;建立个人账户,搞好资金保障与支付;强化服务意识,提高能力素质。
