本文将对巴西目前或将来可能具有国际意义的矿产的地质状况作一简要综述。现将要讨论的内容分组如下: 1、著名的主要出口矿产品,如铁矿石、锰、铌、钨、石英、菱镁矿和萤石。宝石在本期有另文讨论。 2、新近发现的矿床,如铝土矿、高岭石、磷酸盐、钛和钾盐,储量均较大,在今后的矿业生产方面可能占重要地位。 3、地质证据证明有较大的储量前景的产品,如镍、石棉、铬铁矿、金、锡、铅、锌和铜。
This article will provide a brief overview of the geology of minerals that may be of international significance in Brazil today or in the future. The topics to be discussed are grouped below: 1. Well-known major export minerals such as iron ore, manganese, niobium, tungsten, quartz, magnesite and fluorite. Gems have another discussion in this issue. 2, newly discovered deposits, such as bauxite, kaolinite, phosphate, titanium and potassium salts, are large reserves, mining production in the future may occupy an important position. 3, geological evidence that there is a larger reserve prospects of products such as nickel, asbestos, chromite, gold, tin, lead, zinc and copper.
