为了对牡丹病程相关蛋白1(PsPR1)基因功能进行研究,构建了PsPR1基因超表达载体pBI121-PsPR1,通过农杆菌介导法将PsPR1基因转入普通烟草NC89中。经过抗性筛选和RT-PCR分子检测,获得含PsPR1转基因植株。对转化烟草的T0代植株进行抗病性鉴定,发现转PsPR1基因烟草能轻微增强对烟草黑胫病的抗性,说明PsPR1基因具有抗烟草黑胫病原菌(Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae)的功能。
In order to study the function of disease-related protein 1 (PsPR1) in peony, the PsPR1 gene overexpression vector pBI121-PsPR1 was constructed. The PsPR1 gene was transferred into Nicotiana tabacum NC89 by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation. After resistance screening and RT-PCR molecular detection, transgenic plants containing PsPR1 were obtained. The resistance of T0 transgenic tobacco plants transformed with tobacco was identified. The results showed that the transgenic tobacco PsPR1 could slightly enhance the resistance to tobacco black shank. The results showed that the PsPR1 gene has the function of anti-tobacco Phytophthora parasitica var. Nicotianae.
