在万能工具显微镜上利用光学分度台进行极坐标测量时,可用如图所示的工具调校被测工件中心与光学分度台的旋转中心相重合。校中心工具用螺杆7和紧固螺帽6通过压板2上的通孔,固定在仪器工作圆台的T形槽上。微调螺杆1穿过压板2的螺孔与件3连接并用六方螺帽5固定,转动螺杆1使顶爪3作直线移动进行调整。附件4是一4边互相垂直尺寸为50×12×6mm的长方块,使用时与顶爪3和工件接触,件4也可根据被测件大小做成不同尺寸供选择用。如果被测件直径较小,可做一块φ90mm,厚4mm的平面平行玻璃板,将工件用橡皮泥粘在玻璃板上,调整时移动玻璃板即可。将二个校中心工具对称地安装在仪器工作台的纵向上,并尽可能使调整轴线与仪器导轨平行,以便于调整。将被测工件放置在两个调整器之间,使工件与附块4轻轻接触,通过转动微调螺杆1,先调整被测工件中心与仪器纵向同心,至于调
