山区自然资源一旦被人类开发利用 ,其系统就会形成生态系统和经济系统相耦合的系统 ,它具有生态与经济相互交织融合的特征。我们借鉴国内农业生态经济系统评价指标体系研究的成果 ,根据山区生态经济系统具有的独特的结构、功能、运动的规律性及其系统功能优劣 ,由其系统结构决定的理论 ,依据综合性、可比性、层次性与可操作性设置的原则 ,研究建立了具有山区特色的 ,包括结构评价、功能评价和效率评价三类指标在内的山区生态经济系统评价指标体系 ,并绘制了山区、水土保持生态经济系统评价指标体系示意图。
