核心机是航空发动机的核心部件,其结构复杂且工作环境恶劣,发生故障后损失惨重。从小波分析的角度出发,分析了传统傅里叶变换和窗口傅里叶变换的不足。结合核心机故障诊断的具体要求,提出了基于故障频率、基于频率突变点、基于特征向量的诊断方法,仿真分析表明小波分析能够及时、准确的提取弱故障特征信号。最后给出了核心机故障诊断的总体方案。
The core machine is the core component of the aeroengine, its structure is complex and the working environment is harsh, after the failure, the loss is heavy. From the perspective of wavelet analysis, the disadvantages of traditional Fourier transform and window Fourier transform are analyzed. According to the specific requirements of core machine fault diagnosis, a diagnosis method based on fault frequency, mutation point based on frequency and eigenvector is proposed. The simulation analysis shows that wavelet analysis can extract weak fault characteristic signal timely and accurately. Finally, the overall scheme of core machine fault diagnosis is given.
