为了证实血清肌酸激酶(CK)和肌红蛋白(Mb)对各种神经肌病的诊断价值,作者对111例患者(肌营养不良71例,肌强直病6例,重症肌无力7例,神经原性肌萎缩27例,10例X 连锁杜兴氏肌营养不良(DMD)肯定携带者(definite carrier)及86例女性可能携带者(possible carrier)进行了研究,同时设36例(女22例,男16例)健康者作对照组.结果发现:对照组中,男性平均正常上限值为CK66U/L,Mb91μg/L;女性CK 为62U/L 和Mb90μg/L。CK 或Mb 与年龄之间及CK 和Mb 二者之间均未发现明显的相关性。病人组中,DMD 的CK 活性(730~11555U/L 和Mb 含量(140~1400μg/L)特别高,同时发现CK 和Mb 与年龄呈明显负相关,而CK 与Mb 之间正相关(P<0.01)。肌强直、肌萎缩性侧索硬化症(ALS)及脊肌性肌萎缩(SMA)平均CK 活性和Mb 浓
To confirm the diagnostic value of serum creatine kinase (CK) and myoglobin (Mb) for various neuromuscular diseases, the authors evaluated 111 patients (71 with muscular dystrophy, 6 with myotonic disease, 7 with myasthenia gravis, 27 cases of neurogenic muscle atrophy, 10 cases of definite carriers of X-linked Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and 86 cases of possible carriers were studied.
