水库建成后有—个初期蓄水期。在此期间,水库蓄水与下游供水之间存在一定的矛盾,有时甚至很大。为了合理地解决这一矛盾,需要对不同的蓄水方案进行决策,优选出—个最佳方案。由于水库初期蓄水各方案计算结果中的各项指标不一致,有些是定量的,有些是定性的,而这些定性因素很难直接用某种定量化的标度提供信息,这就给决策工作带来困难。我们应用层次分析法,对某梯级电站龙头水库初期蓄水方案进行优选,得到了满意的结果。从应用中我们体会到层次分析法中减少判断矩阵的维数及相关对象的数目的重要性,同时也体会到应该全面收集有关信息,以利评判人员分清各评判因子的差异,提高评判分析的准确性。
After the completion of the reservoir - an initial storage period. Due to the inconsistency of various indicators in the calculation results of various schemes for initial storage of reservoirs, some are quantitative and some are qualitative. However, these qualitative factors are difficult to provide information directly with some quantitative scale, which gives the decision-making work zone Difficult to come. We applied AHP to optimize the initial water storage scheme of the leading reservoir of a cascade hydropower plant and obtained satisfactory results. From the application, we realize the importance of reducing the dimension of the judgment matrix and the number of related objects in the AHP, and also realize that the relevant information should be collected in an all-round way so as to facilitate the judges to distinguish the differences among the evaluation factors and improve the accuracy of the analysis accuracy.
