Engaged in industrial hygiene, especially in the metal smelting and mechanical foundry industry, often encounter a similar [malaria] disease, which is casting heat. It is an occupational disease or, more correctly, an industrial poisoning that, though not as serious as lead poisoning, often can not be eradicated or even wasted if it is not familiar to workers in the medical and healthcare industry A lot of drugs for treatment without effect. Ten years ago when the author first went to work in a copper smelter, he had no clue about the knowledge of industrial diseases. At that time, workers often came to the clinic because of high fever and trembling. Since the site of the plant was a [Xuanqu] (endemic area of malaria) , Always think they are suffering from malaria. But it is strange that they are not regular (continuous or interval-large) episodes. Plasmodium can not be found in blood smears. Taking them or injecting quinine still can not stop the [disease] from happening. Inspired by older workers, they said that they were [lead poisoned], so they went further to the scene to actually observe and understand the situation. They got the idea that workers who work beside melting furnaces often get this easily Sick Senior worker
