This article collected nearly 7 years of hospitalized acute myocardial infarction in 150 cases, of which 43 cases were painless (28.7%), chest pain in 107 cases, all in line with WHO diagnostic criteria. Painless in 32 patients (74.4%) over 60 years old, average 71.6 years, 50 cases (46.7%) of chest pain more than 60 years old, average 56.3 years old, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01).
