引言尽管九边军镇的出现是相对较晚的事,但早期的军制建设,已奠定了一定的基础。通过对中国古代军镇脉络的梳理,我们能够发现,军镇区别于其他军事机构的重点在于军事统率权。军镇将领成为军事统帅,拥有军事自主权,具有便宜行事的权力。而揆诸洪武朝史实,便可发现,洪武前期总兵官节制北边都司卫所之事,尽管仍属征战性质,但已为后世军镇形成,奠定了制度、权力与地理基础。
Introduction Although the emergence of the military border town of Kowloon-Canton has been relatively late, the early military establishment has laid a solid foundation. Through a review of the context of the ancient Chinese military towns, we can find that the military and civilian forces differentiated from other military agencies lie in the power of military control. The military generals became military commanders with military autonomy and the power to act cheaply. However, the historical facts of the Hongwu dynasty can be found out that in the early days of Hongwu, the affairs of the Duxu Wei office in the north of the prefect were strictly controlled by law. However, they have laid down the institutional, power and geographical basis for the military and town formation of the later generations.
