目的:比较白花丹参和紫花丹参对菘蓝的化感效应,为优化复合种植模式提供科学依据。方法:以紫花丹参和白花丹参作为供体,菘蓝种子作为受体,研究不同浓度不同年限的紫花丹参和白花丹参根及根茎水浸液对菘蓝种子萌发的化感效应。结果:紫花丹参和白花丹参根及根茎水浸液对菘蓝种子萌发和活力指数表现出相似的化感效应,即低浓度促进而高浓度抑制;对菘蓝幼苗鲜重和苗高表现出相似的影响趋势,对其根长的抑制作用强烈。1年生紫花丹参对菘蓝种子萌发的化感指数绝对值小于白花丹参,而2年生紫花丹参对菘蓝种子萌发的化感指数绝对值大于白花丹参。结论:白花丹参和紫花丹参对菘蓝种子萌发和幼苗生长均表现出低促高抑的双重效应,且1年生白花丹参对菘蓝种子萌发的化感潜力大于紫花丹参,而2年生紫花丹参对菘蓝种子萌发的化感潜力大于白花丹参。
Objective: To compare the allelopathic effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. And Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge on Isatis indigotica so as to provide a scientific basis for optimizing compound planting mode. Methods: The allelopathic effects of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and rhizome aqueous extracts on the germination of Anthurium andraeanum seedlings were studied with Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Results: The root and rhizome aqueous extracts of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge and Salvia miltiorrhiza showed similar allelopathic effects on seed germination and vigor index, which was promoted by low concentration and inhibited by high concentration. The fresh weight and seedling height showed similar The influence of its root length inhibition. The absolute value of allelopathy index of 1-year-old Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge seed germination was less than that of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. The absolute value of sensory index of 2-year-old Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge seed germination was larger than that of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. Conclusion: The effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. And Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge on the seed germination and seedling growth of B. album were both doubled and inhibited. The allelopathic potential of 1-year-old Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Was higher than that of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. The allelopathic potential of the seed germination of A. chinensis is greater than that of P. salvia miltiorrhiza.
