修改后的刑事诉讼法对证据制度、强制措施、辩护制度、侦查措施、审判程序、执行规定等进行了完善,对特别程序作了规定。控告检察部门贯彻执行修改后的刑事诉讼法,应着重把握以下几个方面:一是认真学习修改后刑事诉讼法的法律规定。控告检察部门要在充分理解法条原意的基础上,把握新标准,转变旧观念,重点把握尊重人权与打击犯罪,执法方式与执法效果,执法标准与群众满意的辩证关系,更好地适应修改后刑事诉讼法对控告检察工作带来的新变化,提出的新要求,立足检察工作发展的全局,增强正确执法的自觉性。
The amended Criminal Procedure Law improves the evidence system, coercive measures, defense system, investigative measures, trial procedures and enforcement provisions, and stipulates special procedures.
