目的:从11种树脂中优选纯化满山红总黄酮的最佳型号,确定工艺条件及参数。方法:以饱和吸附量为指标,考察11种不同型号树脂的吸附能力;采用正交试验设计,以固形物中总黄酮含量为考察指标,对影响总黄酮提取工艺的因素进行研究。结果:11种树脂中,WLD型树脂对满山红总黄酮具有较好的吸附能力;树脂柱的径高比及样品溶液流速对纯化效果有显著影响。结论:经大孔吸附树脂纯化后,满山红中总黄酮含量达35%,表明本法可用于纯化满山红总黄酮。
Objective: To optimize the optimal model of total flavonoids from 11 kinds of resins, and to determine the process conditions and parameters. Methods: The adsorption capacities of 11 different types of resins were investigated with saturated adsorption capacity as an index. The orthogonal test design was used to study the factors that affect the extraction process of total flavonoids. Results: Among the 11 resins, WLD resin had good adsorption capacity for total flavonoids of P. rubrum. The diameter-height ratio of resin column and the flow rate of sample solution had a significant effect on purification. Conclusion: After the macroporous resin was purified, the content of total flavonoids in Mangosteen reached 35%, indicating that this method can be used to purify the total flavonoids of mangosteen.
