A new type of nickel-coated aluminum powder produces an exothermic reaction in the torch flame due to the combination of two metals. This exothermic reaction causes the sprayed coating to form self-bonds with many materials. And this coating has high bonding strength, oxidation resistance, heat and thermal shock resistance and infiltration of molten materials and other properties.
