摘 要：在产品设计课程中引入递进式项目驱动，可以实现产品设计静态显性知识和动态隐性知识的对接，达到知识的递进动态创生过程和学生产品设计能力的可持续发展。从大二开始跟踪学生的学习经历，并在课程中导入竞赛项目、企业项目，以及入驻企业实习和毕業设计环节的项目。统计分析递进式项目教学中学生在每个项目上的参与程度和获得的产品设计能力。最终形成了以SECI知识转换为外螺旋，内嵌竞赛项目、企业项目，以及入驻企业
