诺华制药是一家专门给患者和社会提供不同医疗解决方案的公司,总部位于瑞士的巴塞尔。它提供多样化的组合以满足这些需求,例如:创新药物、眼部护理、成本节约型非专利药品、预防性疫苗和诊断工具、非处方药和动物保健品。随着患者的安全越来越受到重视,诺华制药葡萄牙分公司于2010年起开始对公司生产的药品设立了一项基于二维码技术的可追踪项目及系统,如今这个系统已经可以在葡萄牙的5家公立医院使用。这个项目可以让药品从货仓到病人服药的整个过程都有可追踪性,包括可以追踪药物是从哪个药房分配到哪个操作台。当遇到不良事件发生或者产品质量调查时,它还支持在线状态的检查。
Novartis is a company that specializes in providing different medical solutions to patients and the society. It is headquartered in Basel, Switzerland. It offers a diverse portfolio to meet these needs, such as innovative medicines, eye care, cost-saving generics, preventive vaccines and diagnostic tools, over-the-counter medicines and animal health products. As the safety of patients becomes more and more important, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Portugal has set up a traceable project and system based on two-dimensional code technology for the company’s pharmaceutical products in 2010. Today, this system is already available in Portugal. 5 public hospitals use. This project allows traceability of the entire process from the warehouse to the patient, including tracking which pharmacy is assigned to which console. It also supports online status checks when encountering adverse events or product quality surveys.
