多肽作为一类重要生物活性物质,具有活性高、低免疫原性、毒性低、易于装载等特点广泛应用于癌症治疗中。靶向给药系统可将药物选择性浓集定位于靶器官,靶组织,靶细胞中,将小分子多肽修饰于靶向给药系统表面,能在降低传统化疗药物毒副作用的同时提高治疗指数。本文介绍了包括表皮生长因子专一肽,肿瘤新生血管靶向肽以及细胞穿膜肽等修饰的靶向给药系统在癌症治疗中的应用,表明多肽修饰药物给药系统在癌症治疗中具有很好的临床应用前景。
