感谢技术委员会的同志们,对电影技术工作的方针、政策提了很多宝贵的意见,这将对我们电影事业的发展有很大好处。在这个会上我想谈四点意见:第一点,讲讲我对技委会这几年工作的一点看法。这几年电影局技委会做了大量的工作,研完了有关技术工作的方针、政策,团结了电影界广大技术干部,技委会的同志们对工作是认真的、勤奋的。这次会上同志们研究了有关电影技术装备政策的发展规划,也讨论了体制问题。枝委
I am grateful to the comrades of the technical committees for their valuable opinions on the principles and policies of film technology work. This will be of great benefit to the development of our film industry. At this meeting, I would like to make four points of comments: First, I will talk about my point about the work done by the Technical Committee in recent years. In recent years, the Technical Committee of the Film Bureau has done a great deal of work. After finishing the guidelines and policies on technical work, the comrades who unite the vast number of technical cadres in the film industry and the technical committee are earnest and diligent in their work.
