在滚切直齿圆柱齿轮时,有些工厂曾出现过多齿的现象,这种现象很难复现,笔者认为,分析多齿产生的原因后,在滚齿加工中采取措施,就可防止多齿的发生。 1.多齿并非机床构成的用滚齿机加工齿轮,由于长期使用,其问虽经大修、中修,但齿轮的加工精度就会下降,因此,只要在滚齿加工过程中,挂轮的传动比不变,并不会多滚出一个齿来,所用的机床对每一个被加工的齿轮所反映出来的误差是均等的,并非是对一批中某一个齿轮才有这种误差,故可排除多齿现象不会是滚齿机本身的问题。
