朱先明,1923年8月出生于湖南省湘潭县,1951年7月毕业于湖南农学院农学系,并留校任教.1956年2月加入中国农工民主党,1987年3月加入中国共产党.1951年7月～1958年9月在农学系作物栽培教研组任助教、讲师.茶叶专业成立后,到园艺系茶叶教研组工作,任副教授、教授.历任中国茶叶学会常务理事,湖南省茶叶学会理事长,湖南省经济建设促进会农林组组长,以及湖南省科委专家顾问委员会委员等职.朱先明教授四十年如一日辛勤执教,先后为茶学本科生及研究生讲授《制茶学》、《茶用香
Zhu Xianming was born in Xiangtan County, Hunan Province in August 1923. He graduated from Agronomy Department of Hunan Agricultural College in July 1951 and stayed in the school for teaching. He joined China Peasant Workers Democratic Party in February 1956 and joined the Communist Party of China in March 1987. In 1951, From September to September 1958, he served as assistant professor and lecturer in the research group of crop cultivation in Agronomy Department.He established the tea specialty and worked in the Tea Teaching and Research Group of the Department of Horticulture as associate professor and professor.He served successively as standing director of China Tea Association, chairman of Hunan Tea Society, Hunan Province Economic Construction Promotion Committee of Agriculture and Forestry, as well as Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Commission of Experts Advisory Committee, etc ..
