为贯彻落实中央工作会议精神,中共辽宁省委政研室、省委党校、省政府调研室、省体改委和沈阳市政府研究室联合邀请省内26家国有大中型企业的厂长(经理)、党委书记于10月21—22日进行了座谈。与会者结合本企业的实际情况畅谈了搞好搞活国有大中型企业的看法和打算,也向领导机关提出了一些建议。从中可以清楚地反映出企业家们对于搞好搞活大中型企业的强烈责任心和使命感、紧迫感,也可以听到他们发自肺腑的呼声。下面刊登的就是座谈会上16位同志发言的摘要。
In order to implement the spirit of the Central Work Conference, the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee of Political Science and Research Department, the Provincial Party School, the provincial government research room, the Provincial Restructuring Commission and the Shenyang Municipal Government Laboratory jointly invited the province’s 26 state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises director (Manager ), Party secretary in October 21-22 for a discussion. Attendees talked about the views and plans of doing well to invigorate the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises in light of the actual conditions of the enterprises and also put forward some suggestions to the leading organs. It can clearly reflect the strong sense of responsibility and sense of mission and urgency that entrepreneurs are doing to revitalize large and medium-sized enterprises and they can also hear their heartfelt voices. The following is a summary of the 16 comrades who spoke at the forum.
